Who I am
I've led everything from ground-up launches to tricky rebuilds of existing platforms. Clients lean on me because I move quickly without trading away quality, and I'm transparent about tradeoffs along the way.
My background spans web engineering, cybersecurity, product leadership, and DevOps, so every build balances usability, performance, and risk mitigation.
Neon Arc Studio is the client-work division of Ironvale Labs, Inc. Ironvale builds and owns its own products, including Gainsheet. Neon Arc is where I take on client projects directly. That is why you see “I” here and “we” there: same person, same standard, two ways of working together.
How I work
Projects run on a flexible but structured cadence with weekly updates, shared task lists, and easy-to-read documentation. You always know what's shipping next and what I need from you.
You collaborate directly with me through discovery, design, development, and launch. If specialists are needed, I bring them in while staying your single point of contact.

For more than 20 years I've been building software, websites, and custom tools for clients ranging from lean startups to established enterprises. Neon Arc Studio is my personal practice, which means you talk to the person writing the code, making the decisions, and supporting the work after launch.
I'm based in Panama City, Florida, and partner remotely with teams across the United States.

Gainsheet
A nutrition and training tracker I designed, built, and shipped end to end. Food logging with barcode scanning, workout programming and history, progress charts, and a weekly report card that prints every Monday.
It works offline, installs to the home screen, and ships as native apps on both stores from the same codebase. Built and operated by Ironvale Labs.
